How Can We Serve Our Patients More? (Chiropractic Straight Talk)
I find a lot of chiropractors are hypocrites. Now, don't get me wrong. before you get offended, I am a recovering chiropractic hypocrite, and here's why.
We teach our patients that health comes from within, right? We look at the body holistically. We are holistically minded meaning we don't separate the body.
We look at it as a complete organism how all systems function together with a Master System that you and I love to help patients unlock the full power of.
Well, if that's the way health is discovered, why would your practice be any different?
I find a lot of chiropractors throwing band-aids on their practice pain by just paying for more marketing. When really they need to be looking at their practices from a holistic standpoint.
So, it's important to realize that your practice operates much like the human body does. Just as we recognize the central nervous system as the body's operating system, your practice has its own system in place.
If we're going to help a patient overcome their health problems, we have to make sure that that nervous system is free of interference. Your practice has to have an operating system that allows you to be free of interference. This determines your ability to correct failure.
Now, failure is a reality of running a business. If you own a business, you've got to get comfortable with failure.
So recognizing that you need an operating system that allows you to immediately identify you're headed towards failure and course correct.

We don't want you to be distracted by what we call the daily world in the practice. That’s all the things that are happening every day that really is the fulfillment of the things that you're doing, but it's not the things that are going to continue to grow the practice.
That’s why so many practices get stuck between the $50-60K collection months because they don't have a good operating system in place.
We compare the operating system to that of like a computer. If you keep downloading more and more applications onto a computer, and the operating system isn't healthy, it's not up to date, all you’re going to do is slow down the processing speed of that computer. It's not going to be reactive.
You're going to be sitting there waiting for an application to open, load, or process and there's nothing more frustrating than a slow processing system.
So we want to upgrade the operating system. We want it to process efficiently, fast, and be proactive. And that means we've got to implement what we call the “Data-Driven Operating System.” The Data-Driven Operating System is a dashboard that allows you to see your most important numbers and know day-to-day where your focus needs to be.
Now the coolest thing about the Data-Driven Operating System is that it monitors every system of your practice - from the marketing system to the case acceptance system to the front desk systems to the billing and financial systems - it lets you know how healthy those systems are, and when one might be in trouble and needs immediate attention and needs to be adjusted.
And that is the power of having the proper operating system in your practice and seeing the practice from a holistic standpoint.
Now before I go on to the next step of seeing and treating your practice holistically, if you're ready to double your profits, then you need to know that double your profits formula which we have a guide that will walk you through that step-by-step.
It is one of the most powerful free guides I have provided for our industry. Just comment on this video, “Chiropractors How Can We Serve Our Patients More (Chiropractic Straight Talk)”, the words double my profits, and we will make sure you get that guide.
For faster delivery, you can just go DM me on Facebook at Doc Cory and say double my profits and we will make sure you get that guide ASAP.

So here we go. Looking at your practice holistically means that we need a diagnostic process for your practice no differently than you're doing a diagnostic process with your patients.
This helps us identify the most important things that need our attention. We've developed a process that we call the operational index score. This is one of the most comprehensive processes that we take a practice through so that we can diagnose exactly what's missing from the practice and not operating the way that it should.
We don't get overwhelmed with everything that needs to be fixed in the practice. We can see the things that are the most important that by focusing on builds momentum, and helps us move forward.
And that feeling of the team moving forward means more cash flow. More cash flow to hire more teams to grow the practice. More money for marketing to drive those systems within the practice.
So these two things combined, your dashboard to monitor the systems of your practice, and the diagnostic assessment to see your operational index score, will give you clarity and a roadmap to create that momentum and growth in the practice.
And that’s what it means to become a Data-Driven Doc - the community that we're building.
