Why Having A Network Of Chiropractors Is Key To Success

Tip #1. Understand The Concept Of Active Vs. Reactive

It's so easy to walk into your practice and deal with the daily whirlwind. This is all the energy and the craziness that comes into the practice every day. We deal with team drama, the phones ringing off the hook, and emergencies that need to be taken care of. It's so easy to get sucked into that whirlwind where you're reacting to everything.

And by the end of the day, your energy has been pulled from you, and you're exhausted. You realize you didn't even have a chance to build the business because you were stuck reacting to it.

You see, an active doc comes from being able to foresee and almost predict how the day is going to work out. And that's connected —  success and failure are often connected to who we are. And if we don't feel a sense of progression, not perfection, but progress on a daily basis towards a goal, then we get stuck in this feeling of failure.

And you're not a failure, doc. The fact that you're in practice taking care of patients and leading a team speaks volumes about your dedication and hard work. We just now have to give you the secret strategies for that final push towards success.

So I want you to build an identity. This identity is not the identity of a lone wolf. I want you to know that there's a whole community out here that wants to support you and to pour our energy into helping you so that you can have that foresight of being successful.

That success can be replicated by understanding a simple concept: recognizing where you are in your practice phase and knowing what to focus on. It's all about uncovering strategies to help you break through the obstacles.

And we cannot afford to have you fail. There are too many patients out there that need your services. That’s why having a community around you is crucial — it strengthens you, supports you, and makes sure that you're going to be successful.

This is so true. As I’ve worked on building businesses and expanding, my income has dramatically skyrocketed. And I owe a significant portion of this success to the incredible community I've surrounded myself with.

Hanging out with fellow entrepreneurs, pioneers running $10M businesses, $50M businesses, and even $100M businesses has completely changed my outlook. You need those types of resources, and a community provides that. It’s all about surrounding yourself with successful doctors.

The coolest thing about our data-driven community is we’ve gathered the most successful doctors in the industry. They understand organizational infrastructure, they understand making data-driven decisions, they’re masters at building teams of A-players, and they know how to turn players into data-driven team members.

They’ve got the strategies to step back from the day-to-day grind and ascend in the provider ladder, ultimately giving you the power to scale your income to whatever number you choose to focus on. It’s incredible having these doctors together.

We just had one of the most amazing weekends where we gathered our doctors operating at a high seven-figure level. Listening to them discuss, not just in the formal setting, but in those candid moments by the fire, sipping on hot chocolate, hashing out the challenges they face at their practice level – it was something else.

When you get privy to those conversations and have those conversations with doctors that are ahead of you, it blows through your glass ceiling and helps you see what's possible. It enables you to overcome the mindset that might be holding you back.
