I recently spent a day with Cairo One, a well-known multi-unit chiropractic company, and was amazed to hear them talk about the three P’s—the exact same principles I built my 23-year career on. These principles are the foundation of every successful practice, and if you apply them, they will transform your business forever.

At the core of everything we do is our patients. We exist to transform lives, to help people heal naturally, and to create life-changing results. But here’s the problem:

  • Too many chiropractors don’t value their services enough.

  • Reactive treatment: A patient comes in pain, you adjust them, they leave. If they’re still in pain, you add more services—but you don’t charge for them.

  • Proactive treatment: You assess their full health needs upfront, create a complete treatment plan, and include everything the patient needs from day one. You charge appropriately and get commitment upfront.

Here’s why this is critical:

  • Patients will pay for convenience and speed.

  • If they don’t get additional services from you, they’ll find them somewhere else.

  • Bundling services under one roof increases patient satisfaction, compliance, and revenue.

And guess what? Insurance will cover the initial phase of treatment. But once that phase is over, the patient is already committed to the process and will gladly transition to a self-pay model. Why? Because they now value your services and want to stay well.

No money, no team. No money, no scale.
